This the awesome 28” Semi Automatic Tyre Changer with double assist arms has been specifically designed for the American market. It has the same robust design and build quality as all Unite Tyre Changers but has the increased table capacity to handle 28” rims internal clamping and 26” External Clamping.
With its semi automatic operation, this tyre machine offers great value whilst being able to cope easily with some larger tyre and rim combinations. With a fully motorised turntable, pneumatically operated clamping jaws and powerful Pneumatic bead breaker with over 2.5 tonnes of force, this is the kind of Tyre Fitting Equipment that is going to stand you in good stead for years to come.
The swing arm design of this tyre changer allows manual setting of the horizontal and vertical mounting head position using the locking lever. The steel mounting head supplied with the machine is ideal for standard tyre fitting work and has integrated alloy protection as well. Specifically designed to allow reduced bead stress during the mount and demount process.

All our tyre changers, including this 28” swing arm tyre machine, come complete with full alloy wheel protection kit, including hardened plastic mounting head, plastic clamping jaw covers and bead breaker protection, to prevent damage on alloy wheels. If you are doing a large amount of alloy wheels, the plastic mounting head can make sure you don’t cause damage during mount and demount.
The tyre changer runs from a single phase supply and standard 13amp socket, so set up is as easy as plugging in and connecting to the air. Alternatively, for those just starting out in Tyre Fitting, we offer a full installation and training on all Tyre Equipment from our fully qualified engineers. All our engineers are fully trained but even better, the engineers who will carry out your training have been tyre fitters themselves so they know what they are talking about!!
