A fully Automatic tyre machine with extra large body this machine has an external clamping capacity of 22" and an internal clamping capacity of 24.5". This machine also includes a 3 function assist arm with a rotating clamp arm and a pneumatic bead roller.

Special Tools For G840ELS.22 Professional
Complete with a special mounting tool as well as polyurethane tool and standard steel mounting head, the RAV G840ELS.22 Professional provides integrated protection for alloy rims. The raised spoke tool along with it special surface treatment provides the ability to change any wheel and is specially designed for longer life of the tool and minimises friction on the tyre, as well as having rotation and angle adjustment.

All mounting heads are a single part in microcast g steel with profiles designed for maximum efficiency in use with different types of tyres and rims. The full set of mounting heads, with quick release assembly means you are capable of handling any wheel efficiently with minimum of fuss.

Pedal Assembly
Pedals come complete in press-cast aluminium and the pedal assembly has been designed to be simply removed as an integral unit allowing easy servicing.
