1. Orders: Submitting an order through the website will be deemed as a contract to purchase the goods. Tyre Bay Direct is entitled to withdraw from any contract in a case of errors or inaccuracy regarding the goods or the order appearing on the site.
2. Availability: In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, Tyre Bay Direct will dispatch the order (or remainder of the order) within 10 days or offer a full refund for undelivered goods.
3. Pricing and Payment: All prices are quoted in selected currency (£GBP €Euro or $USD) and are exclusive of VAT at the standard UK rate and are also exclusive of any other import duties, taxes, imports and/or levies payable in relation to the goods including state and federal taxes. All goods should be dispatched within 1 working days of acceptance of your order. However please allow 10 working days for delivery of your order within the UK. For shipping times to Europe and the US we will advise estimated delivery via e-mail. Carriage charges apply to all orders outside the UK and to any order under £50 value in the UK. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice and should the shipping rate quoted differ to actual charges, customers will be informed prior to delivery and be given the option to change or cancel the order.
4. Payment: All prices are in pound sterling and subject to the delivery charge as noted above. Payment may be made by Visa, Switch, MasterCard, Solo and Delta. Additionally there is the option to send a cheque or pay on account if you are an existing account customer.
5. Returns Policy: You can return any of the goods received to Tyre Bay Direct provided they are unworn and are returned in their original packing. Any items should be returned, with the completed exchange and refund form, within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Tyre Bay Direct does not use a freepost service for returned items. The customer will pay the cost of carriage unless goods are faulty. Tyre Bay Direct will refund or exchange the costs of the goods but is unable to refund the delivery charge for dispatching the goods, if applicable. Good returned will be subject to a 20% handling and administration fee. Tyre Bay Direct will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to the Company. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

9.2 Tyre Bay Direct will not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform obligations if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond their control.
9.3 Time shall not be of the essence in the performance of this Agreement.
9.4 If for any reason any provision of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
9.5 The terms and conditions and contracts between you and Tyre Bay Direct shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Tyre Bay Direct Official Promotion Rules ("the Rules") apply to all promotions run by Tyre Bay Direct Limited ("Tyre Bay Direct"), including, but not limited to, the Bay Points Program, as promoted on Tyre Bay Direct website ("the Website"). Tyre Bay Direct reserves the right to modify the Rules, so it is important that you check them periodically. Continued use of the Website and participation in the Bay Points program is considered acceptance of the Rules, and any modified terms included therein.
BAY POINTS PROGRAM
1 ACCUMULATION OF BAY POINTS
1.1 Once you have joined the Bay Points program, you will be awarded when you undertake various online activities on the Website.
1.2 Tyre Bay Direct reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify without notice to you, all or part of the Points Program value structure and offers. Tyre Bay Direct reserves the right to adjudicate all Bay points discrepancies at its sole discretion, and you agree to abide with the decision of any adjudication. In the event that the Points Program is terminated, you will be notified and given 3 months in which to redeem your points.
1.3 Bay Points will be posted immediately to your account following a successful payment of an online order. Tyre Bay Direct takes reasonable care to ensure Bay Points are accurately deposited in your account. However you are responsible for ensuring that your Bay Points are correctly deposited and you should notify Tyre Bay Direct within 1 week of completion of an order if Bay Points have not been correctly posted to your account. Tyre Bay Direct shall not be liable for any losses suffered due to any errors in the posting of points.
2 BAY POINTS VALUES
2.1 You will receive a certain number of Bay Points per completed sale. You will be awarded 1 Point for every Pound you spend on all products online at our website. This only includes orders placed and paid for online. Bay Points have no monetary value and can only be redeemed against purchases online.
2.2 You can view your total number of Bay Points online by visiting your Account Page of the Website. Bay Points expire after two years.
2.3 Bay Points are personal to you and are not transferable without Tyre Bay Direct’s written permission. They are not considered to be property, and as such, you cannot sell, transfer or assign your Points to any other person without Tyre Bay Direct’s written permission.
3 REDEMPTION OF BAY POINTS
3.1 All Bay Points must be redeemed online. To redeem your Bay Points simply select the option on checkout to redeem your Bay Points. Once redeemed then you cart total will be adjusted to show the discount according to the amount of Bay Points you have accumulated.
3.2 Bay Points can currently be redeemed on all products online.
3.3 Bay Points can be redeemed at http://www.tyrebaydirect.com. Tyre Bay Direct reserves the right to change the Bay Points system on the Website at its discretion and without notice.
3.4 Any unused Bay Points will remain in your account for future use and once you redeem Bay Points, the appropriate number of Points will be deducted from your account.
3.5 Bay Points are non-negotiable and may only be redeemed for the rewards stated above, or on the Website.
